When configuring the meeting in RemoteMeeting,
‘Blur background’ option might not be available or disabled. In that case, try the following step according to your browser.
* If the device in use does not have a GPU (Graphic Processing Unit), Blur background option might be available.
Using Chrome browser
1. Click on [Setting] on the top-right corner or enter the URL below in the address bar.
chrome://settings/system
2 Scroll down and press [Advanced] > [System] > check if [Use hardware acceleration when available] is ENABLED.
If it is DISABLED, enable it and restart the browser.
Using Edge browser
1. Click on [Setting] on the top-right corner or enter the URL below in the address bar.
edge://settings/system
2. From the [System] page, check if [Use hardware acceleration when available] is ENABLED.
If it is DISABLED, enable it and restart the browser.
Using Whale browser
1. Click on [Setting] on the top-right corner or enter the URL below in the address bar.
whale://settings/system
2. From the [Performance and Others] page, check if [Use hardware acceleration when available] is ENABLED.
If it is DISABLED, enable it and restart the browser.
