When creating a meeting with RemoteMeeting, if screen loads continuously, follow the steps below.
1. Camera check
- The camera may not be recognized or responding.
2. Restart the browser
3. Clear the browser's cache, restart and try the connection again
Enter the following address to the Chrome address bar
- chrome://settings/cookies/detail?site=remotemeeting.com
4. Firewall check
If the problem persists, contact us via Helpdesk.
