RemoteMeeting is under-performing and/or response is slow.

I'm using the RemoteMeeting service and the meeting's video stutters, gets disconnected, and performs slow.

 

[Resolution]

1. Diagnose the connection status

Please perform the <Connection Status Diagnosis> service provided by the remote meeting site.

2. Check your internet speed

Network environment used (wired/wireless, check network speed-fast.com)

 

Please refer to the recommended specifications when conducting a remote meeting.
