Key Updates
1. Admin Security and Management Improvements
In line with our existing ISO/IEC 27017 certification, we are strengthening administrator security and personal information protection.

Two-factor authentication required for Partner Admin
Users must complete an additional authentication step when signing in to Partner Admin. -
Added system administrator account management
System administrator permissions can now be assigned separately when creating and managing accounts. -
Improved change history tracking
You can more easily review when a change was made, who made it, and what was changed. -
Enhanced personal information download controls
A reason must be entered when downloading files containing personal information, and the activity will be logged.
2. Keep PC Awake During Meetings
Even when participating without speaking or using the keyboard or mouse, the PC will remain active without entering sleep mode or activating the screen saver.
※ Available on PC Web and the desktop app. After the meeting ends or you leave, the PC will return to its existing power settings.
In addition, we have resolved other issues and improved overall service stability.
We will continue working to provide a more stable and reliable RemoteMeeting experience.
