In case you have forgotten your RemoteMeeting account, you can find your password as shown below.
If the login account or password is incorrect, the following pop-up will appear.
Click OK to go to the Forgot password page.
Enter the email account registered in RemoteMeeting and click SUBMIT.
If the email format is not correct, or if the email account is not registered or added to the user profile, the above popup will appear.
Users : you will need to ask your RemoteMeeting administrator for confirmation.
Administrator: contact the RemoteMeeting helpdesk.
In the case of an account that has authenticated as a RemoteMeeting user, open email received in your mailbox and press the RESET PASSWORD to set a new password.
