Using a camera with an unsupported resolution might limit the features and service when starting or joining a meeting in RemoteMeeting.
Check the resolution of the installed camera to be used for the meeting.
Open the site below to verify the model and the resolution.
1. Upon opening the page above, installed camera is automatically recognized and displays the device name.
* If the device’s name is not displayed, check the installation and connection to make sure that the device is functioning correctly.

2. Press the [Quick Scan] button to view the camera’s resolution.
3. RemoteMeeting service uses cameras that support HD and VGA resolution ( 720, 480, 360 ).
