The other person’s screen shows “broken” (gray, green, tiled, etc).

 RemoteMeeting service is based on Chromium browser platform.

Some browsers use hardware acceleration and it causes some abnormalities on the image shown inside of the browser window.

Follow the steps below and rejoin the meeting room.

 

Chrome browser setting

  1. In the Chrome browser address bar, enter "chrome://flags/".

2. In the search window, type "hardware" and change "Hardware-accelerated video decode" setting to "Disabled".

 3. Restart the browser.

 

 

Edge setting (Chromium based Edge - version 80 or later)

  1. In the browser address bar, enter "edge://flags/".
