Failed to join the meeting due to a problem with the media connection. Do I need to modify my network environment?

In the event of a connection failure with the server, check the information below.

 

[Cause and problem solving]

The RemoteMeeting service must be able to use TCP and UDP bidirectional on port 3478 for a smooth media (video/audio) connection.

1) Personal

If you are using a VPN or proxy, you must disable the settings or allow firewall to use RemoteMeeting service.

2) Enterprise

Check the information below and contact your company's network administrator.
